• Restaurant : the SER-TUR has special agreements with some of the best restaurants of Madonna di Campiglio to warrant special prices for the guest of residence.

In summer the residence has an agreement with the "Scuola Italiana of Alpinismo and Sci Alpinismo" of Madonna di Campiglio to make escursions with an Alpine Guide.

In winter the residence has an agreement with the "Scuola Italiana Sci Nazionale" of Madonna di Campiglio for special prices and discounts on ski lessons.
